Side-gate requires adult arm span to activate and provides caregiver easy access to baby while reducing risk of back strain. Special no pinch hinge and bevel eliminates pinch points. Side-gate locks closed in upper position with a quiet operation that will not disturb child. Compact-size cribs include a Professional Series (NEW) 3" thick mattress which is constructed of heavier duty vinyl using vinyl seams sewn to prevent fraying. Higher density foam is used for durability and comfort. Mattress sold separately for full size cribs. Evacuation Hardware compatible for use on compact size crib only. 5 year warranty.
